Insika does not complete a task for you. It helps your team plan every action and its date from the Atlas, and it keeps the status of every project current — so the view leadership looks at is true today, not at the last meeting.
A deal starts in the OS as its Atlas roadmap: the milestones, tasks and actions of your state, in order. Your team puts dates on the actions — how long the work takes, which waits sit with the agency — and the plan becomes a schedule you can defend. Every action carries its Atlas guidance: what it is for, what proves it, what goes wrong. Nobody plans from a blank list.

When a task is done, the project manager presses Confirm complete. The actions under it close, the proof documents behind it update, the gate at the end of the milestone recalculates, and the project and the portfolio show the change the same minute. No status meeting to collect it; no spreadsheet to reconcile.

Now & Next tells each project manager where the deal is and what needs them this week. The PM Grid is every step, editable in place. Meetings run from the live deal: flag a step for a decision, record the outcome, and the plan follows. Ask the deal a question in plain words and get an answer from its own data — and, when you ask for a change, a card you approve before anything moves.

Insika does not complete your tasks, write your application, or decide for you. People do the work; Insika keeps the plan and the status honest around them. That is the whole claim, and it is why a team can trust what the portfolio view says.
We set the OS up alongside your team on two active deals: the state Atlas roadmaps configured for each project, the meeting and principal-review routine put in place, a readiness audit of documents, proof packages and gates, and the project managers onboarded. Then a monthly hour with us. Pricing for the first cohort is for selected early participants.
Teams with active 4% or 9% deals — for-profit and nonprofit — whose status lives in trackers, inboxes and people's heads, and whose leadership wants one view they can trust.
The OS runs on the Atlas. If your state's edition is not out yet, the fit review is where we talk about it. Browse the Atlases ›
